ART CHARGES
Minimum art charge: $25.00 (V). Hourly rate: $60.00 (V)
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Good quality black and white Camera Ready art is required. There will be an artwork charge for all art that is not production-ready.
Artwork may be sent on disk or via email in the following formats: CorelDraw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps), or high resolution TIFF file (600 dpi or greater). Files must be save to be read on a PC.
COPY CHANGES
$10.00 (V) for copy changes within an order or for reorders that require date changes, copy changes, etc.
PERSONALIZATION
Personalization charge of $5.00 (V) after the first piece. Charges for items returned to add personalization is $15.00 (V) per piece.
ADDITIONAL LOCATION ETCHING
Additional locations may be etched at a cost of $8.00 (V).
COLORFILL
The charge for adding colorfill is $12.50 (V) per color, per piece. We cannot guarantee an exact match to PMS colors. Add two working days to normal production time.
PAPER/ELECTRONIC PROOFS
Proofs will be emailed or faxed for approval prior to production. We will send up to 5 revised proofs at no additional cost. There will be a multiple proof fee of $8.00 (V) after the fifth revised proof. Production cannot begin without receipt of approval.
SAMPLES
RANDOM: Random samples will be billed at end column pricing. Credit will be issued (excluding freight costs) for samples returned in good condition within 30 days. Please include a copy of your invoice with returned samples.
SPEC: A Spec Sample of any item in our catalog can be supplied at regular cost, plus set-up charge plus shipping. When an order results from the sample, the set-up charge will be credited towards that order.
PRODUCTION TIME
Standard production time is approximately 5-7 working days. Production time begins after receipt of approved artwork. Additional time is required for colorfill; custom orders and large quantity orders
OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS
We ALWAYS produce and ship the exact quantity of products you order at no additional cost
RUSH CHARGES
We will do our best to accommodate orders with a ship date of less than the standard production time at no additional cost. However, 1-3 day Rush Services may be subject to an additional charge. Please contact Customer Service for details.
GIFT WRAPPING/ENCLOSURES
Cards and gift-wrapping are available and may be requested for your order. Contact Customer Service for details.
SHIPPING/HANDLING
All shipments are FOB Dallas, Texas. All shipments are subject to dimensional weight charges. To insure safe delivery, special packing materials are required. A handling charge of $5.00 per master carton will be added to the freight charge to cover these additional costs.
Third party carrier numbers may be used with signed authorization
Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and original packing must be kept for inspection by carrier – Claims must be filled by shipping number – Contact Customer Service for details
DROP SHIPMENTS
$5.00 (V) for each destination after the first, plus shipping charges
ORDER CANCELLATION
Restocking fee may apply as well as charges for completed artwork and any finished product. Contact Customer Service
RETURNS
No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
PAYMENT TERMS
Net30 subject to credit approval - Prepayment or Credit Card is required for all new accounts.
TRADEMARKS
All liability for the proper use of logos or trademarks rests with the customer. We assume no liability for trademark or copyright disputes. Legacy Crystal reserves the right to photograph or show as samples, any item produced by us, without any liability on our part as to trademark or artwork rights. All logos shown in this catalog are for display only. No endorsement of products should be implied.
GUARANTEE
Defects in materials and workmanship will be corrected without charge. Please be aware that minor variations in clarity can occur. Occasional air bubbles, chill marks or flow lines are inevitable. Such minor variations are not considered defects. |
